Fees, Payment and Rebates

Our psychologists charge $165 an hour for counselling sessions.

For the WISC-IV and the WIAT-III assessments our psychologists charge $440 which includes a comprehensive report with specific recommendations. At this time, there are no Medicare rebates for these assessments, but some Private Health Insurance Providers may offer a rebate - speak to your provider for more information.

Payment needs to be made on the day of consultation and we accept cash, cheque and also provide EFTPOS facilities and credit card processing for VISA and MASTERCARD, as well as on-the-spot claiming for Medicare and most major Private Health Insurance Companies who utilise HICAPS.

Requirements for EAP assessment and treatment, will involve sending an invoice to your employer or insurer for payment.

A cancellation fee of $100 (no-rebate) will be charged if a client fails to inform the psychologist of their appointment cancellation 48 hours before the appointment. 48 hours is required in order for the psychologist to inform those clients on a wait list that a session is available at short-notice.
